PAID SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Paid Social Media Coordinator will support the digital display and paid social media channels and will work with Marketing Managers on advertising operations, project management, media buying, reporting, analytics, campaign management, and creative management.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Traffic and manage campaign delivery on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more.
  • Perform proactive daily analysis and campaign optimizations
  • Make bid, audience, and creative changes daily
  • Review ad submissions ensuring they adhere to technical and creative specifications
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, including analysis on creative and placement performance
  • Troubleshoot ad serving errors, reporting discrepancies, and delivery issues
  • Gather industry vertical insights through historical campaign information analysis
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ​1-2 years of experience in an analytical, digital marketing, or social marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree Certifications

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience succeeding in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Ad operations experience with social media platforms or display advertising a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Position may require long hours and weekend work
