Don’t worry we’ll handle it quickly and hassle-free.

Reporting a Problem

If you receive a damaged or defective item, click here to email info@thinkcosmopolitan.com. Enter your email address and order number, then select the item(s) that are broken or defective, as if initiating a return. In the "Select a Return Reason" box, choose "Broken / Defective." Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund or replacement.

Resolution Process

Once we verify the issue, we’ll promptly issue your refund or replacement. You’ll be taken care of with free return shipping for confirmed cases, ensuring your trust in our restaurant franchises, owned locations, and online products.
