Think Cosmopolitan began with a vision from Founder & CEO Romain Dubus, an Architect with over twenty years of experience, to redefine architecture and explore the cosmos. Established in 2016 through the fusion of Romain Dubus Corp and Makyun Corp, with expansion to Think Cosmopolitan Japan in 2021, our journey reflects a commitment to innovation and sustainability.

From our roots in residential and commercial projects, we’ve grown to a global team of a couple thousand employees, with a couple hundred dedicated to Mars Project R&D. Romain forgoes salary or payouts, reinvesting 100% of our millions in daily revenue into ventures like restaurant franchises (USA/Canada/Japan), property renovations (France/Japan), and the Mars Project aiming for human habitats on Mars by the late 2020s.

Our mission drives us to challenge norms, from high-end housing designs to space exploration technologies. This story continues as we build a future beyond Earth.
