The Content Moderator reads customer reviews, ensures that they meet the website's guidelines, and conducts research to adequately answer consumer questions that are submitted on the product page. Content Moderators are responsible for product research and providing customers with requested information while dissolving customer pain and escalating content-related issues by forwarding to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Approve or deny customer-generated reviews, questions, and responses within the required time frame.
  • Research product questions and provide accurate answers within the required time frame.
  • Work with teams to update or add content on the product page if it is incorrect or missing.
  • Refer appropriate customer issues to Customer Service to be satisfied.
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
  • Follow legal policies as directed.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Adept with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of E-commerce industry
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented
  • Organizational skills

  • Familiarity with social media

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends if needed
  • This position requires the incumbent to sit, stand and perform general office functions. The incumbent may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
  • Ability to travel between Think Cosmopolitan locations in Los Angeles, CA.

ITAR Requirements
