We ship orders from our warehouse in the Los Angeles area. The Think Cosmopolitan Warehouse provides jobs to local residents who share our values: hard working, passionate, positive, and never compromising on quality or integrity.
When an order is placed online, it immediately enters our shipping queue. Our warehouse team will pick the in-stock items and pack them as soon as the order comes up in the queue. Orders with in-stock items typically are ready to ship in 5-7 business days.
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are handled by our shipping couriers, such as FedEx or USPS. As soon as your package is scanned, your tracking number will be emailed to you along with a link to view your order's progress and ETA.
Because we fulfill our orders ourselves, we offer a high level of personalization, care, and quality of service.
